The best way to establish a routine in my point of view is to constantly do it over and over so that it’s a habit. If its daily, weekly or monthly you have to be consistent with it or it won’t work. I’m telling you that it’s simple more or less.
But first, you have to plan it out of how you want it to be done. If you just say ”I’m gonna exercise today” I guarantee not a even a week from now you won’t even think about it. So plan it first.
Next, set it into motion. Go ahead and do it. Do what you just planned what you were gonna do. It’s easy.
Now, repeat. Just keep doing it till it feels natural to you. Consistency is key. And now you are done.
